account and visually check if your order has been filled. At

responsibility to validate delivery.
If it has been more than 48 hours since payment
has been completed and your order has not been filled, you can contact
us using the online
support desk, include a copy of your receipt and we will
expedite your order.
Refund
Policy
There is no return or
no refund. Once your order has been placed, and your server
setup / service completed, your fee is non-refundable. However,
you can cancel any future orders at any time by using
our helpdesk, please allow 5 days before a renewal for
cancellation to allow our administrators proper time to process
the request.
